  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (or vegan butter)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the milk to the dry ingredients and whisk until you have a smooth batter.
  4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated, and shake off any excess.
  5. Place the florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  6. Cook for 15-18 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. While the cauliflower is cooking, combine the buffalo sauce and melted butter in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until well mixed.
  8. Once the cauliflower is cooked, toss it in the buffalo sauce mixture until evenly coated.
