– 2 (10 oz) packages frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
– 1 cup mayonnaise
– 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
– 1 (10¾ oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
– 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
– 2 cups crushed buttery crackers
– 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 13×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- – In a large bowl, combine cooked broccoli, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, and beaten eggs. Mix thoroughly.
- – Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- – In a separate bowl, toss crushed crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle over the broccoli mixture. – Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the casserole is set.
