- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken pieces and sauté until they are golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same pot, add garlic, ginger, and onion. Sauté until fragrant, approximately 2 minutes.
- Introduce the mixed vegetables, stirring occasionally, until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the pot. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and white pepper, ensuring everything is well coated.
