Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Shape into meatballs.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides.
- Place Texas toast slices on a baking dish. Top with browned meatballs and pour marinara sauce over them.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
