Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer hash browns, cooked sausage, onion, bell pepper, and cheese in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour egg mixture over the layers.
