Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2️⃣ Prepare the rice according to package instructions if not already cooked.
3️⃣ Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, rice, cream of chicken soup, 1 cup of shredded cheese, chicken broth, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir until well mixed.
4️⃣ Assemble the casserole: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese on top. (Optional: Add breadcrumbs or Parmesan for extra crunch.)
5️⃣ Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
