  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken (or raw, cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 3 cups broccoli (fresh or frozen, thawed and drained)
  • 2 cups cooked rice (long-grain, brown rice, or jasmine)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (or homemade)
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • (Optional) ½ cup breadcrumbs or Parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2️⃣ Prepare the rice according to package instructions if not already cooked.
3️⃣ Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, rice, cream of chicken soup, 1 cup of shredded cheese, chicken broth, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir until well mixed.
4️⃣ Assemble the casserole: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese on top. (Optional: Add breadcrumbs or Parmesan for extra crunch.)
5️⃣ Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
