Scale
To recreate this comforting dish, you’ll need the following ingredients:
- 1 pound of penne pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 3 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
If you’re looking for substitutions, you can use rotisserie chicken for convenience or swap the penne pasta with fusilli or rigatoni for a different texture. Feel free to add vegetables like broccoli or spinach to make it more nutritious.
