Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix butter and minced garlic. Spread evenly on each slice of bread.
- Place shredded chicken on four slices of bread. Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the chicken.
- Top with remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.

- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
