These Cheesy Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan Wraps bring together crispy, breaded chicken, rich marinara sauce, and melted mozzarella inside a warm tortilla. Cooked to perfection in the air fryer, these wraps offer the classic flavors of Chicken Parmesan in a handheld, crispy wrap that’s perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

For the Chicken

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (butterflied and cut into 4 thin pieces)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • Olive oil spray (for air frying)

For the Wraps

 

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Prepare the Breading
    In a shallow bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder. In another bowl, beat the eggs.

  • Bread the Chicken
    Dip each thin chicken breast piece into the beaten eggs, then coat it thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly to ensure it sticks.

  • Air Fry the Chicken
    Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and place the breaded chicken inside. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.

  • Assemble the Wraps
    Lay a tortilla flat and spread 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce in the center. Place a piece of crispy chicken on top, then sprinkle with ¼ cup of shredded mozzarella.

  • Roll the Wraps
    Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly, ensuring the filling is secured inside.

  • Crisp the Wraps in the Air Fryer
    Lightly spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil. Place them in the air fryer seam-side down and air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes, until the tortilla is golden and crispy.

 

  • Serve & Enjoy
    Slice the wraps in half and serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
