For the Chicken
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (butterflied and cut into 4 thin pieces)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- Olive oil spray (for air frying)
For the Wraps
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Prepare the Breading
In a shallow bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder. In another bowl, beat the eggs.Bread the Chicken
Dip each thin chicken breast piece into the beaten eggs, then coat it thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly to ensure it sticks.Air Fry the Chicken
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and place the breaded chicken inside. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.Assemble the Wraps
Lay a tortilla flat and spread 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce in the center. Place a piece of crispy chicken on top, then sprinkle with ¼ cup of shredded mozzarella.Roll the Wraps
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly, ensuring the filling is secured inside.Crisp the Wraps in the Air Fryer
Lightly spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil. Place them in the air fryer seam-side down and air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes, until the tortilla is golden and crispy.
Serve & Enjoy
Slice the wraps in half and serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
